Assistance to Access & Maintain Employment

Supporting your journey to employment and long-term workplace success.

Growing Careers, Building Futures

Assistance to Access & Maintain Employment is an NDIS support designed to help people with disabilities achieve their employment goals. This service focuses on providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support to enter or remain in the workforce.

It aims to empower individuals to build confidence, develop work-related skills, and overcome barriers to employment. The service is tailored to each participant’s needs, ensuring they receive the right support to pursue meaningful, sustainable work and participate fully in their community.

What Is This Service?

This service is ideal for individuals who are looking to find a job or explore volunteer opportunities that match their interests and abilities. It’s also perfect for those who need support in developing essential work-readiness skills such as communication, time management, and workplace etiquette. If you require hands-on assistance, mentoring, or coaching while on the job, we provide tailored support to help you succeed and grow in your role. Additionally, we help young people transition smoothly from school or training programs into meaningful employment pathways, ensuring they're well-prepared and confident for the next chapter in their career journey.
